Today in Class – February 5, 2008

Today in class we reviewed the concepts of alliteration, simile, and metaphor. We incorporated these literary devices into our own haikus (5/7/5 structure). Each student was asked to write 3 haikus, one alliterative haiku, one simile haiku, and one metaphorical haiku. These were collected for a class participation grade.
